Ingredients:
225g self-raising flour
10g-15g cocoa powder
30g-40g Siyana Granular
125g chocolate chips
125g butter, melted
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Method:
1. Preheat oven at 180C. Lightly grease a 12 hole muffin pan.
2. Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg and Siyana Granular
4. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients. Add milk mixture all at once. Mix lightly until just combined and do not over-mix.
5. Spoon mixture into the muffin pan. Fill only 3/4 full.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cook. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
