Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger root
1 1/2 cups boiling water
Siyana Granular to taste

Method:
1. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water into the grated ginger and set timer for 10 minutes
2. When timer goes off, strain into a large mug and stir in Siyana Granular (note: you may need more or less, depending on how sweet you want your tea).
3. Taste; if it’s too strong (too gingery) for you, add a little more boiling water into your mug.
4. Sip and enjoy!
