Multi-Surface Self Sanitising Anti-Microbial / Anti-Viral Nano Coating
CARE COAT
- Water borne thin film protection
- Provides 99% long lasting protection for up to 90 days
- Proven effective protection against influenza virus (SARS-CoV-2/Covid-19), bacteria using AgNP + QuAT Dual Technology and tested under international standards JIS, ISO, EN and AATCC
- Self-protection; do not require regular care of surfaces
- Applied Patent No.: 202021020915
Hygiene Layer that inhabits pathogen spread

Application
Suitable for all surfaces including metal, wood, plastic, glass, fabrics, leather, concrete walls, tiles etc.
Direction of Use
- Prepare surface for coating. Surface should be cleaned and free from dust and containments prior to coating
- Apply anti-microbial nano coating (Wet on Wet two coats).
Electrostatic Aero-atomisation Sprayer is recommended and surface finished with fur roller or wiping with a clean cloth/rag. - For smaller surfaces/fittings, coating can be applied using sponge pad/lamb wool paint brush
- Allow coated surface to dry for 2 hours. This is to allow nano coat to bond with surface.
- After 2 hours, coated surface is protected against 99% of influenza virus (SARS-CoV-2/Covid-19), bacteria and other microbes for up to 90 days.
- After 90 days/500 wipes or as required, clean surface and reapply new layer of nano coating again. Previous coating need not be removed.
Multi-Surface Disinfectant

wood, plastic, glass, fabric, floors, tiles, etc.
Direction of Use
- Pre clean the surface
- Spray on surfaces until thoroughly wet and leave for 10 seconds before wiping
Impact of AC filters on Microbial Growth
- The air we breathe contains dust, pollen, spores, bacteria, and viruses & other impurities. Microbes are one of the most fundamental indoor air quality problems.
- Quality of indoor air is worse than the outdoor air because of the lifestyles we follow today.
- In addition, recent research has shown that certain microorganisms can colonise on the materials used in HVAC filters.
- The average of microbes moist mass loading on different filters was found to be positively related to the length of incubation period (1, 2, and 3 months).
- Increased risk of respiratory symptoms, respiratory infections and exacerbation of asthma.
